You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Sellers must provide accurate information about their identity and vehicle ownership.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Users may register as a buyer, a seller, or both. A seller is also a registered customer of the Platform. Seller accounts may require additional verification before listing vehicles.

Sellers may list vehicles for consideration by potential buyers. Each listing must accurately represent the vehicle including its condition, history, and provenance. Sellers agree that:

• The vehicle identification number (VIN) will never be displayed publicly
• A hidden reserve price may be set and will not be disclosed to buyers
• All communications regarding a listing should occur through the Platform

Buyers may submit offers on listed vehicles. Submitting an offer does not create a binding contract. The seller may accept, decline, or counter any offer. Curated Off Market may facilitate communication between parties but does not guarantee any transaction will occur.

Any eventual sale is a private transaction between buyer and seller. The Platform is not responsible for the condition, title, or legality of any vehicle listed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about a vehicle or yourself
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's communication or offer systems
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Curated Off Market or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Curated Off Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions facilitated through it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the Last Updated date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
